When I went through the rift in the Abyss, I did not expect to land in Asmodae.

When I met Zikel, I had no idea he would curse me.

At first I was miserable and full of despair, but as time went on I found a peace of sorts.
My life hasn’t been a purely unlucky one.

If we ever manage to be freed of this curse, perhaps we’ll achieve something that only we are capable of.

Tell Paudav that I’m waiting for that day to come.
I’m sure Paudav‘s ghost is still here because he desperately wants to experience something.

It’s the same for me.

I've only heard about the Abyss War secondhand, but it sounds like a terrible and destructive conflict.

Gemyu and my other comrades are as much victims as anyone else. How are they?
I see. I should've known it would take more than a few greetings to pierce their stubbornness.
