We’ve discovered that the Shulacks have been getting their stigma technology from Professor Hewahewa.

Our best minds are currently looking for a solution.
First of all, you need to steal the drana they’ve processed so the Shulacks aren’t in a position to charge the stigmas they already have.

Secondly, you must get hold of Professor Hewahewa‘s research.

Rumour has it there is an informer among the Shulacks you should be able to turn to.

His name is Chaokin. Look for him in Sanctum and he’ll get the Processed Drana and Hewahewa’s Research Report.
