Summary: The Agent took note of the fact that the Balaurs are increasing the Artifact Bind Points in Inggison recently and asked you to investigate the reason behind it. After reclaiming the three Artifact Bind Points, you investigated the Balaur's movements. You were able to obtain a map of Inggison, an unidentified device, and a burnt Balaur order through the investigation. When you reported the results of the investigation, the Agent tells you he's going to slowly but surely find out what those items mean. Full quest's text: Show/Hide Is that you, Player? It hasn't been that long since I summoned you. You came sooner than I thought. I did summon you to investigate something that happened recently. Do you mind to hearing about it? Player: (Keep listening.) Did you know there are new Balaur Artifact Bind Points in Inggison? The Balaur Artifacts used to only be near the Temple of Scales or the Altar of Avarice. But they are increasing and spreading their influence in the vicinity of the Inggison Illusion Fortress. The Balaur's influence on an individual artifact does not pose much of a threat, but we can't just do nothing either. Player: (Keep listening.) There are a total of five artifacts in Inggison. Each artifact has a unique attribute and using it strategically can be very beneficial to us. But the Artifact Bind Points surrounding the Inggison Illusion Fortress are slightly different. The artifacts have yet to be built at the Artifact Bind Points, and it looks like the Balaurs are plotting something there. With Empyrean Lord Kaisinel's watch extending to the Inggison Illusion Fortress, why on earth are the Balaurs taking so much risk? I'm entrusting you to investigate this matter, Player. Player: (Keep listening.) There are three Artifact Bind Points that are threatening the Inggison Illusion Fortress; Wildheart Grove Bind Point, Phanoe Valley Bind Point, and Giant's Garden Bind Point. Your mission is to capture those three Artifact Bind Points, talk to our Elyos Quartermaster and check if there is anything unusual when reclaiming them, as well as identifying the Balaur's plan. As you know already, speed and accuracy is of utmost importance. I hope you can bring us some good news. Good luck. Player: End conversation. What brings you here? This area is a secret military operation! If you're not authorized personnel, please leave! Player: "I'm here on the orders of Agent Outremus." Outremus sent you? (Looks at you suspiciously) Hmm, I heard someone would be coming, but... In the official letter to the higher-ups, I requested someone to actively cooperate with the investigation. Is that really you? Player: "I swear in the name of Kaisinel." Since you said that way... I believe you. (Taking something out) Here, take this. The Balaurs in the Artifact Bind Point used to have this. As you can see, this is a map of Inggison. Something's written on the locations of the Artifact Bind Points, but I don't understand what they mean. Why on earth are the Balaurs trying to capture these areas? If you figure out why, please report it to the higher-ups and to the Agent. Take care. Player: End conversation. Phew, you're right on time. You must be Player. The Wildheart Grove Bind Point has already sent the information, and I've been waiting for you. I heard you are investigating the Artifact Bind Points and the Balaur's movement in Inggison. Player: (Nod.) Hmm, I didn't find anything unusual in the Phanoe Valley Bind Point. However, the Balaur Protector, who was protecting this bind point, had this. Can you take a look? Player: (Keep listening.) It's a suspicious devices the Balaurs once had, but it doesn't seem to be working. If you want to activate this... What kind of power did they say it needed? Since I was in a battle, I couldn't clearly hear, but I don't think it moves with a regular energy source anyway. Maybe the Balaurs are trying to prepare the bind points in Inggison to find that power. Now, I want you to take this device, Player. Report it to the Agent after the investigation. We're all counting on you! Player: End conversation. You've come later than expected. I was getting worried and was about to go look for you. It seems we have some crucial information in our hands, and I wanted to tell you right away. I've been waiting for you, wondering if you'd come now or later... Phew, I'm wiped out. Player: "What kind of information did you get?" Right before reclaiming the Giant's Garden Artifact Bind Point, we discovered the Balaur Protector was burning some documents. I wanted to say, "Ah, that's it!" It's not the first time the Balaurs have tried to conceal important information by incinerating their documents, so I knew right away those documents were vital proof! So we rushed the Balaur prepared to die and tried to take the documents away from them, but... (After that, he regaled them about reclaiming the bind point, his battle with the Balaur Protector, and how he secured the documents, for a very long time)... By the way, are you listening to me? Player: You close your eyes and nod your head. Haha, I knew you were listening. As you already know, Player, we Daevas have dedicated so much for Inggison and the Elyos. One time, the Balaurs guarding the bind point spotted us and roared... (He keeps chatting about his struggle with the Balaur.) Phew, you know what I mean? Player: You courteously listen to his story while continuously nodding. That's what I mean! And isn't this is the order the Protector had?! It is filled with text that I don't understand. But you, or the higher-ups, will know what it says. Am I right, Player? (Holding out the half-burnt document) Here's the Balaur order. Take it, and after thoroughly investigating the matter, report back. But be careful! Since it's burnt, it crumbles easily. Player: End conversation. (Looking shocked)... You didn't hear anything I said, did you? Do you think I'm not a Daeva because I'm just a quartermaster that furnishes supplies in a place like this?! I also have a duty and will jump into the battlefield as much as any Daeva... I bet you don't even remember my name. This is not how you treat another Daeva just because you got an order from the top! Player: End conversation. Welcome, Player. How is your mission to reclaim the Balaur Artifact Bind Points in Inggison, and investigate their movements, going? Player: "Here's what happened..." Are these the things you retrieved from the Balaur Artifact Bind Points? A strange device that doesn't work on the map of Inggison and a burnt order... You've gathered a lot of information in a short time. Thank you for all your hard work. Let's see what we can find out with this information.
