Description:
Talk to Pernos Find the Fissure of Destiny to Karamatis and talk to Hermione Advance to Karamatis and defeat Orissan Legionary (50) Defeat Orissan (1) Activate Artifact of Memory Talk to Lephar Report to Fasimedes You've made all the preparations to regain your memories. Find the Fissure of Destiny and go to Karamatis.
Summary:
Pernos gave you the Sword of Transcendence and the Pearl of Protection and told you to go to Karamatis.

You traveled to Karamatis through the Fissure of Destiny near the Divine Fortress, fought the Balaur, activated the Artifact of Memory, and suddenly Lephar appeared.

Lephar thought you would regain your memories and come back here. He told you to follow him if you wanted to save all of Atreia.

When all was done, you reported back to Fasimedes, who told you to prepare for the great battle ahead in Balaurea.

Full quest's text:
With your weapon ready and your spell of protection complete, all that's left is to find the Artifact of Memory yourself.

As I've said many times before, going to Karamatis is no easy feat.

But only when you fully recover your past memories will you know who you really are. And you'll be able to decide what path to take.

So no matter how hard it is, it must be done.

Player: (Keep listening.)

First, head to the Divine Fortress in the Core of Reshanta.

If you leave now, you'll find the Fissure of Destiny that leads to Karamatis at the bottom of the floating island where the fortress is. If you arrive too late, the fissure may be closed, so you need to make sure you don't miss it.

I'll take you to the Fissure of Destiny. But first...

Here, take the Sword of Transcendence and the Pearl of Protection. Hermione will show you how to use the sword and pearl.

I guess all I can do now is hope you get your memories back safely. Good luck.

Player: "I will not fail."

I've been waiting for you after Pernos contacted me.

If you fly straight ahead, you'll reach Karamatis.

Oh, and before you go, it might be a good idea to use the Pearl of Protection.

Give it to me. I'll channel the power of the pearl into you, Player.

Also give me the Sword of Transcendence. I'll help you bind your soul to it. If I bind it, it will lose its appearance, but the power of the sword will be bound to Player's soul and will help you defeat the Orissans.

(Hand over the Pearl of Protection and Sword of Transcendence.)

Now I will imbue the power. Are you ready?

Player: "I'm ready."

You're finally here, Player!

I've been waiting for you to regain your memories and return to this place as the Brigade General of the Mirage Legion. I knew you would come back.

I can finally see that it was worth it to help you when you were sealed by the Orissans. Even though you won't remember it.

Icaronix always underestimated you, but it seems I was right.

Well, I think what you did to him was him ripping what he sowed.

Player: "Who are you?"

Why do you care?

But just to be nice, people call me Lephar quite a lot, even though that's not my real name.

Ah, I am well aware that you have killed many Lepharist Revolutionaries. But rest assured, I don't blame you for that.

The Lepharist Revolutionaries were created by my followers as they pleased. Their actions do not represent my will.

Besides, with your skills, even if you tried to fight me, you wouldn't be able win. You've probably already realized that.

Player: "What do you want from me?"

I need your strength.

Come to me, and I will show you the reality of the Sanctum you believe to be justice itself.

You have been loyal to the five Empyrean Lords with all your might. I will show you what massive hypocrites they really are.

You don't want to live a life full of lies without even realizing you're a puppet, do you?

It might be scary for you, but will you still realize the truth and follow me?

Player: "I will follow you."

You've made a wise decision, Player. I guess the long wait was worth it after all.

But things aren't going to change right away, so don't get too anxious.

You can continue to masquerade as the faithful servant of Sanctum as you have until now.

I will appear before you when I need you.

Now that we're done talking, you'd better go back. It was difficult for you to come here, so I'll make it easy to go back to Elysea.

Oh! Next time, we'll probably meet in Balaurea. You can expect exciting things.

Player: End conversation.

That's unfortunate, Player.

I was expecting you to decline my offer, but it's still sad to hear that.

The Shadows must have given you a very firm warning.

But you should know one thing: your fate is inevitably tied to mine.

It's a fate so strongly intertwined that even Marchutan can't help it.

Hahahaha, till next time, then.

Now that we're done talking, you'd better go back. I'll send you to Elysea.

Player: End conversation.

Welcome, Player.

Every time you come to me, you always report something quite unusual. Is that the case today, too?

I'm curious to know what happened, so give me a detailed report.

Player: "Here's what happened..."

Since Empyrean Lord Ariel has spoken, I'm going to entrust you with more important things.

As you are well aware, the Aetheric Field surrounding Elysea is weakening. We cannot allow this to continue forever.

Defeating the Asmodians and destroying the Asmodae tower would solve the problem, but... the Balaur are also involved, not just the Asmodians, so we can't make a move easily.

For your information only, Empyrean Lord Kaisinel is in Balaurea. He has recently discovered the dwelling of Dragon Lord Tiamat and has launched an assault.

But I've heard that the Asmodian Marchutan is also after Tiamat. We can't afford to lose to the Asmodians, so we'll have to do something about it soon.

Keep this in mind and continue to hone your skills. When we're ready, I will give you official orders to march out.
