Order: There is an important mission about a cursed necklace. Talk to Urakon, who is patrolling around the fortress entrance.
Summary:
Urakon asked you to go to the cabin in the Patamor Thicket and talk to Kellan about destroying the cursed necklace.

You received the necklace after passing Kellan's test. Then, you found the place to destroy the necklace from Kimssi and tossed it into the lava as he instructed.

Full quest's text:
Have you heard a story of the cursed necklace?

Rumor has it that having the necklace brings you immense wealth... but the more you get, the more you lose. All your family, relatives, friends...

Anyone who possesses the necklace is destined to live an isolated life, alone with all that wealth and nothing to spend it on... eventually meet a devastating end.

Player: "Isn't it just a legend?"

Many people consider it a legend, but the necklace does actually exist. Its location is a secret only a few people know.

Listen to me... despite the vast wealth it offers, the necklace must be destroyed.

I'm telling you this secret because I feel like I can trust you with this mission, Player.

What do you say? Are you willing to take on the mission of the Cursed Necklace?

Player: "Sure, why not."

Since you agreed, I will tell you where you can find it.

An old man named Kellan has the necklace. You can find him at Kellan's Cabin in the Patamor Thicket.

Kellan is famous for being intellectual and wise. (Although between you and me, I don't think he's THAT wise...)

But he's selfless and honest, so I have no objection to him holding the necklace for now.

Find Kellan and tell him you are there to destroy the necklace. He'll let you know what to do from there.

Player: "Okay..."

What do you want from an old man like me?

You want to hear a secret that ordinary people don't know about? Like a story about Elysea?

Or do you want to hear the legend of the Sky Temple of Arkanis, perhaps?

Player: "I'm here to destroy the cursed necklace."

You want to destroy the Cursed Necklace? Then Urakon the Centurion must have sent you.

I trust Urakon dearly, but this is no easy job.

I can't give you the necklace until you pass my test.

Go to Musphel Gate, defeat the Black Mask Spiners, and collect 3 Spiner Tails. That's the only way I can in good conscience hand over the necklace.

Player: "Agreed."

You're back.

Did you bring the Spiner Tails?

That's my one condition for handing over the necklace.

Player: "Here."

Exactly what I asked you for, and quickly, with no questions.

Though the tails themselves are of no real consequence--aside from keeping those pests out of my garden--you've shown your sincerity and skill.

This was a test, obviously. A Daeva with an inflated sense of self-worth would have responded differently.

I can't give the necklace to someone who would be tempted by immense wealth. But you have shown humility as well as competence.

Player: (Keep listening.)

This is the Cursed Necklace. Take it to Kimssi in Mt. Musphel.

It's near Taran's Cavern, so you must go deep in. But he will be with Skurvs, so it won't be difficult to find him.

He will tell you where you can destroy the necklace. Go there and toss it into the lava.

Player: "Understood."

Oh, that necklace...

That picky old man, Kellan, must have finally found someone he trusted to destroy it.

I'm glad that horrendous thing will finally cease to exist!

Player: "Tell me how."

If you go down the hill, you will see a cave on the other side. It's Taran's Cavern, and it's crawling with Klaws.

If you go deeper into the cave, you'll feel the heat from the lava. Toss the necklace into it! It's the only way to destroy it for good.

I wish I could assign a Skurv to you as a guide, Player.

Unfortunately, they are not listening to me lately.

Just like I explained, carefully go deeper into the cave. You'll be able to destroy it from there.

Player: "Understood."

Great job.

It must not have been easy getting there... and much harder to do what was needed.

Either way, I'm so relieved to finally be rid of it.

I'm sure it's nothing compared to what the necklace promised you, but here is a reward for your trouble.
