After destroying the Aether-consuming Stone, get on the Hoverstone in the corner. Then, you'll be transported to Drakenseer's Lair where Deputy Brigade General Yavant is.

Deputy Brigade General Yavant is connected to the Aetheric Field Suppressing Device. So defeating Yavant will automatically destroy the device.

I know it's a difficult mission, but we need to do it. Destroy the Aetheric Field Suppressing Device by all means necessary.
