Davlin made a golem, and went to a manor in the forest to keep working on her research into how we can defeat the Balaur.

I trust her, so I let her conduct her research in peace.

But now the Balaur are aware of her and her golem.

I don’t know how the Balaur learnt about it. There aren’t even many Reians who know about it.
I was curious because there hadn’t been any news for a while. Then I found a Hetgolem that Davlin made just strolling around nearby.

The Hetgolem told me that the Drakan sorcerer, Zadra Spellweaver, has invaded the manor, locked Davlin up, and taken control of all the golems.

Of course, Davlin’s safety is very important, but the fact that her golems have been stolen is a really big problem. She’s worked so hard on them. One of these days they will help us in the fight against the Balaur.

That’s why we have to save Davlin as quickly as we can.
That’s why I sent Brenon into the Elementis Forest to begin with, but there hasn’t been any news yet.

It never used to be a problem to enter the manor where Davlin resides, but at the moment Zadra Spellweaver has cast a spell that prevents anyone from entering.

We’re currently trying to figure out how to solve this problem. It looks like we need help.

Ask him to describe the situation to you, and look for a way to get into Argent Manor, which is where Davlin is.

Argent Manor lies deep within the forest, but Elementis too has been twisted by the Balaur. And there are other barriers.
Davlin created Tuali to guard the forest, but Zadra corrupted it with all the rest.

Now it guards the Magic Stone[pl:"Stones"], the one object that can penetrate the barrier over the mansion.

Zadra is powerful, but not enough to destroy the Magic Stone. That's our chance. Take it back to Sierrac once you get it.




What did you think of Elementis Forest? I hope you got a sense of the power and beauty there.

But the Balaur care nothing for the beauty--only the power. And they seem to be exploiting it ruthlessly.

Did you find a way into Argent Manor?
