Full quest's text:
The Calamity of Charring Peak attracted various evil spirits, causing all of nature to tremble. As a result, all our villagers have left too.

I too am unable to protect them now; perhaps it is better that they all evacuate... But despite all this, there are a few who have yet to leave.

Visitor from Auriga, could you please go to Lantern Village and let the remaining villagers know to find safety for just a while?

Player: "Sure."

Good stranger. You must watch out, for ghosts appear in this village.

I don't recall seeing you in this proximity. In fact, you aren't from this world, are you..?

If you've nowhere to stay, I can house you for a while. Take your leave when the day is brighter.

Player: "Why haven't you left this village yet?"

Hmm... One of my ancestors built this place.

As a right-hand of the Fire Ascendant, he received protection but also guided Fire Gazers to a righteous path like a lantern lighting a dark cave. That is why this place is called Lantern Village.

When people first joined the village, one of the previous Fire Ascendants gifted my ancestor a fan that could revive even dying flames as a sign of everlasting goodwill.

Since then, my family has protected this village.

How could I possibly abandon such a place?

Player: (End dialog.)

A traveler! Ya don't seem to be from 'round 'ere.

I know the moon looks bright, but ghosts prowl at this time.

Player: "Why haven't you left this village yet?"

What a quaint question.

I, Soonduk, may look like yer average gal, but I've got a knack for makin' acorn jelly. Even the good guardian spirits of Charrin' Peak fight to get a hold o' it.

Even if there's nothin' else, if my acorn jelly's on that offering table they'll be humming in glee!

I've got hope that once this calamity's done and good, all those kind, acorn jelly-lovin' spirits are gonna come back. It's why I'm still 'ere.

Hope that answers yer question.

Player: (End dialog.)

My friend, it is cold out.

I don't have much to offer, but I have a place for you to avoid the evening dew.

Why don't you come on in?

Player: "Why haven't you left this village yet?"

I am someone who has promised my future to another.

My lover had a betrothed, but we loved each other very much. Parting was out of the question.

We promised to meet at Vermeil Rapids on a dark, moonless night to elope...but I was the only one to keep the promise. There was no sign, no news of my lover even after several days of waiting.

I returned to the village, wondering if we missed each other that night. And here I am, still unable to forget our memories...

Perhaps...we will meet again when the flowers bloom.

Player: (End dialog.)

Visitor from Auriga, were you able to meet the villagers of Lantern Village?

So, did they tell you why they had not left yet?

Player: (Report on what you heard.)

I see. It seems everyone has their reasons.

I must try harder to return to my normal state as quickly as possible for them. They deserve to have peace of mind.

Thank you so much, my friend.
