I bring it up because there's a rumor going around that some Stellin big-shot shows up there sometimes.

Evidently, an overly fancy shugo tends to visit from 6pm to midnight. They say he's some kind of executive.

If that's true, then he should know something about the chairman. Or he might even BE the chairman....
