You will find Odium Refining Method by the camps in the Dukaki Settlement.

This quest still in the game? I think you're supposed to get it to drop from Kobold Cooks, but no luck.

In Aion classic you will get this item from one of the Kobold Cook camps in Dukaki settlement, its not a drop, but it is on the ground in second Kobold Cook camps.
