The Black Fin tribe has lived here since before Cygnea sank to the bottom of the ocean.

When Cygnea grew to be such a hostile place to live, they adapted into the monstrosities we are familiar with. Our negotiations with them have fallen through--and worst of all, the Elyos are trying to take the land here.

We have to take the settlement before they can. Defeat Black Fin Captains. Don’t let those sunsoaked fireflies get a single feather in here!
