Azphelumbra, Player. Is this your first Mortality Festival?

I wish it were under better circumstances. This year's festival may lack a lot of the punch of last year's.

Player: "Why?"

Well, it's the paper kites! The whole festival revolves around them. The children learn about the fragility of life through the fragile kites.

But they're all tattered and broken this year, and then someone stole our Paper Scales, which is how we repair them.

Without Paper Scale, we have no useable kites. And without kites, we can't hold the festival. Can you...?

Player: Accept.

It may seem a bit grim to some, but the Mortality Festival really does teach important lessons to the kids.

They learn to appreciate the time they have, and to make the most of every moment. And there's plenty of fun to be had too.

Have you been to Haramel, Nochsana Training Camp, Kromede's Trial, the Fire Temple, Steel Rake, or Dark Poeta recently? You might have some Paper Scales in your Cube, if you have.

Player: "Let me check...."

I think I know who took our Paper Scales, but I have no proof.

These young Daevas today just don't take to tradition sometimes. But the children all love it, fortunately.

Did you manage to get your hands on any Paper Scales?

Player: "Hmmm, let's see."

Nope, no, I can't work with what you have.

Say...I could get you a ticket to this year's Mortality Festival if you can find me about 20 Paper Scale.

They're all over Haramel, Nochsana Training Camp, Kromede's Trial, the Fire Temple, Steel Rake, and Dark Poeta. I just need 20.

Player: "I'll be back soon."

Ah, not bad...these will do nicely. The children will be so happy!
