Summary:
Stellin Industries entrusted you with a mission to find and defeat Vishaka, who fled to the Lawless Wastes.

You learned that the dangerous artifact he fled with was Tiamat's Crown and were tasked with ensuring the Regatus would pose no further danger.

While tracking Vishaka in the Lawless Wastes, you found Captain Manute once again.

Manute seemed different from his usual self--he was manic and obsessed with ST-IX.

You tracked Vishaka to his hiding place, where you found the mysterious girl you had encountered at the Regatus headquarters.

The girl, Inanna, revealed that she was also tracking Vishaka as a favor for a friend.

While accompanying her, you learned that Inanna is actually a mutant Balaur who is hostile toward other Balaur.

In a desperate final attack, Vishaka set off the explosive power of Tiamat's Crown, somehow separating Inanna's consciousness from her body.

You couldn't let Inanna stay that way, so you entered her mind and memories.

Inside Inanna's mind, everything was different--she was half-human and half-Balaur, as well as being bullied by other Balaur.

Rescuing her from her painful memories proved to be successful, as both of you were able to escape safely.

You tried to look after Inanna, but Stellin employees showed up to collect Tiamat's Crown and shooed you away from the scene.

Full quest's text:
I don't know why, but the Stellin executives think highly of you.

They mentioned something about costs having been cut thanks to your handling of the Regatus headquarters.

They've got a new mission for you.

Player: "Uh.... thanks?"

Listen, just keep impressing the Stellin heads. We need every bit of support from them that we can get.

Go speak with Steraki to get your next mission.

And please, this time, no loose ends. I shouldn't have to tell you these things....

Player: "Riiight..."

Congratulations on the promotion! Daeva is a mid-level employee now!

Daeva took care of a major headache for Stellin's upper management, so Daeva gets the important missions now.

Player: "What is this mission?"

Has Daeva heard of Lawless Wastes? It's an area that attracts incorrigible vagrants and heinous criminals... It's a place beyond saving.

But Stellin has received intelligence that Vishaka is hiding in Lawless Wastes after escaping Daeva's grasp.

It's only fitting that if Daeva let Vishaka get away, then Daeva should be the one to fix this! Akakakak!

Player: "What is it that you want me to do, exactly?"

Track down the whereabouts of Vishaka, and defeat that nasty Balaur.

Also, wasn't there something in Vishaka's claws? It was probably a dangerous artifact called Tiamat’s Crown. That thing is dangerous, left behind when Tiamat fell and all.

Who knows what Vishaka will do with it! Hurry and stop that monster, Daeva!

Player: "Retreive a crown and defeat the Balaur. Got it."

Let me guess--you want to know why I'm here, right?

I'm here to savor the exhilaration of living!

Fresh air! Blue skies! Good company!

(It might be your imagination, but Manute seems to have a strange, manic look in his eyes.)

Player: "You seem... different, Manute."

Changed? What, do I seem more active? Stronger?

It's probably thanks to ST-Nine. Stars above, that stuff is amazing. Using it made my body feel as powerful as a lightning strike. I've never felt this great! It's like I'll never be weak again! Ha!

Do you want to try some too? You haven't experienced anything like this, I swear.

Player: 'Something is very, very wrong here....'

Oh, but just a moment ago... something interesting happened... What was it? ...Ah! I remember now!

Vishaka, I think I saw him. Passed by right about... there, yeah right over there.

He was all quiet and sneaky, like he didn't want anyone to see him. Sure doesn't sound like Vishaka though, does it? Maybe I was just imagining things, haha.

Player: "I'll... have a look, anyway."

(It's the door you discovered while tracking down Vishaka.)

(You notice a big, bloody Drakan handprint right in the middle of the door.)

(It seems clear that this is Vishaka's hideout.)

Player: (Open the door with the Drakan handprint.)

I remember you.

You're that meddler...

I didn't expect to meet you again.

Player: "My name is [%username]."

Player%... Player%?

I'll remember that now. ...Whether I want to or not....

My name is... Inanna.

Player: "Inanna. What brings you here?"

That Balaur that got away... I'm here for him.

My friend at Stellin... asked me to. These Balaur... the ones who were loyal to their Lords...

...These soldiers... you can't trust them. Can't....

Player: "So Inanna, you're here to catch Vishaka?"

Yes. You too, Player?

Oh? Are we... after the same target?

...What an amazing coincidence.

Player: "Would you like to join forces?"

(Her body is convulsing painfully.)

(It seems like Inanna's mind and body were separated by the impact she suffered a moment ago.)

(Being hit directly by the explosive power of Tiamat’s Crown caused this.)

(She will be in peril if you leave her here.)

Player: (Finish examining.)

Good work, Daeva. You've exceeded our expectations. We'll take care of the rest, so don't worry.

That kid is a member of Stellin, so they're our responsibility. Go on, you've earned a break.

Your mission is complete.

Player: "Take good care of her."

What are you talking about? There is nothing, absolutely nothing, wrong with ST-Nine. If there were problems with such a famous and widely used product, there would've already been an uproar.

Lawless Wastes simply attracts the weak-willed, the twisted--criminals, all of them. What else did you expect to find there?

I think you should rest. You're clearly starting to spiral from the stress and fatigue of your mission.
