This place was discovered in Silentera Canyon, and it would be much too dangerous to explore if we didn't have some kind of temporary peace treaty.

It's best if you experience it for yourself.

First, you need a Spirit Phial.

Go to Sualli and purchase a Spirit Phial.

As you've already experienced, you'll need Abyss Points to purchase Spirit Phials. So make sure you have got plenty.

Let me explain why you need the Spirit Phial.

The enemies here are strong but each time you defeat one, there is a chance that a Souls will appear.

You won't be able to defeat those through normal means, but if you have a Spirit Phial, you can collect their souls.

But even if you put them in Spirit Phials, they will break out once you leave the Ancient Jotun Hall again.

Player: "I understand."

They aren't easy to defeat but they know many secrets about the Ancient Jotun Hall, and that makes them important.

Especially since we are trying to find out more about this place.

But... Well, be careful.

I know that you're strong, Player, but the enemies here...

Just in case, you should try and fight the Borderland Worker first and then go and talk to Zeroeboe.

A Souls might appear, so don't forget your Spirit Phial.

Player: "Got it."

Since you're here, the workers must have been easy for you, Player.

That reminds me, did you notice how the empty space didn't fill up even after you defeated the Borderland Worker?

The more you hunt, the fewer enemies there will be.

But when certain conditions are fulfilled, the dead enemies appear again.

Player: "What conditions?"

Once there is less than 20% of the workers left at each border, the Elemental Sage will sense the danger and appear.

When enough workers have been reduced that Elemental Sage appears in all borders...

...Then the defeated creatures return all at once.

We still haven't found out the reason this all happens.

But if you help us, Player, then we should be able to solve this riddle more quickly.
