Report back to Siel's Apostle Incarnate. Check changes to armed forces in Apsaranta. Summary: Summoned by the Empyrean Lord's Apostle, you checked changes to armed forces in Apsaranta. Full quest's text: Show/Hide I wonder if you noticed that yet another spatial change had occurred in Apsaranta. Previous Empyrean Lord and the legions left Apsaranta after completing their missions, and a new Empyrean Lord and his legions have arrived. I want you, Timeborne, to join them and carry out new missions in Apsaranta. First, go have an audience with Empyrean Lord Triniel at Archon Legion Garrison. Help us lay out a path forward, I implore you. Player: Accept The nobility and peace of death has come for all. Well met, Player. I am Triniel, Lady of Death. Player: "It's an honor to have an audience with you." I know of the situation in Apsaranta and it is... puzzling. Inanna and Stellin Industries, the Balaur following Apsu and their minions, arrogant Elyos legions, and many independent legions with their own interests are fighting one other. My legions and I have arrived to bring them to their final peace. Player: "Blood for blood!" The legions that follow my will are Lethal Hymn and Blade of Demise, led by Agents Ganglati and Yamalok. These two agents are my most reliable guardians of death. They are unflinching in times of crisis. While any of us may be called away to attend various duties upon the battlefield, look to these two when you Apsaranta is in need of defense. Player: "I understand." My legions and I will track down Inanna and Stellin Industries, investigate Apsu's artifacts, and chill the Elyos in their tracks. Together, we shall bestow the cold repose of death upon these arrogant multitudes. Player, will you pledge to work alongside me? We will lend our strength to one another and emerge victorious in this conflict. Player: "I swear!" Excellent. I will not forget your oath. If you wish to strengthen yourself before you move forward, you will need to learn about an amulet. Seek out Priest Keanuribe for help. Player: "Thank you." Ah, good. Lady Triniel said she would send Player, and she did. Nice to meet you. I oversee upgrading amulets. Player: "What sort of amulet?" It's a sort of talisman that has the Empyrean Lord's blessing. The other priests and myself created it while praying for victory in Apsaranta. I am giving it only to one who can prove their dedication to the Asmodians. Please, find me whenever you need me. The power of the Empyrean Lord will surely be of great benefit in battle. Player: "I understand." Its power may be minor at first, but it will grow with the proper alterations over time. Of course, you will need materials to alter the amulet. Rare resources like Sharkel and Io and the like. Things that can be obtained in a great battle with the Balaur. One more thing, Ancient Document is said to be available from a shugo collector. If you have gathered any such materials during your missions in Apsaranta or if you have any questions about the amulet, please come see me. Player: "I understand." Ah, I've been keeping such a busy Daeva for entirely too long. On your way out to do missions, stop by and see Nightshade Clan Leader and Ancient Civilization Excavation Team Leader, won't you? This camp is in central Apsaranta. Getting to know them would be of great benefit later. So go forth, Player. I will pray for luck for you. Player: "Thank you." What now? A new customer? The Nightshade Clan welcomes you, Daeva. Player: "Robbers welcome me?" Ah, I see we've already met. At Beshmundir Temple, perhaps? But we can build a new relationship in a new place, right? We're only interested in the forgotten Dragon Lord's Treasure! The shiny things and gold junk that are of no use to a Daeva's research or investigations! As for the rest, I promise we'll reward you with stolen items, excavated treasures, and everything else as we dig up! Helping each other... what's that called? You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours?! I mean that kinda thing! Player: "I... guess I can help." Great! I like your straightforwardness! Then I have something to ask of you right now, Daeva. It's about the unwelcome guests at the next campsite. They keep loitering around our workspace, yapping about how we're damaging some old civilization. Tell them to get lost! What's that? You can't do it? We should be on good terms? Hmph, I don't know what you mean, but if that's what you want, I'll do my best to pretend, Daeva. Now we're partners! Then meet Ancient Civilization Excavation Team Leader and tell them we should play nice with each other. You could at least do that, right!? Player: "Fine." La? Who are you? An enemy?? T-This is The Lakuri's research area! Don't come any closer! Player: "I mean no harm." Hm, really? I've seen so many robbers lately.... I'm glad to hear you won't hurt me. You do seem to be a trustworthy Daeva. Player: "What are you doing here?" We came here to conduct research on an ancient civilization! Apsaranta is the territory of Apsu, a doomed Dragon Lord. We're researching ancient texts and the Apsu civilization from long ago, even before the Tower of Eternity Collapse. W-we would welcome Daeva's help, of course! We need a lot of documents and data, but the robbers are keeping all the relics and ruins to themselves! Player: "The Nightshade Clan wants to cooperate with you." That... that's great if so, but did they really say that? La... those robbers have no interest in anything but treasures, so let them take whatever they want. But if I could have the research materials they found...! Daeva, thank you for bringing me good news! Oh, I was asked to give a message to Daevas! I was told all Daevas should gather at the Archon Legion Garrison. Best to hurry! Player: "Thank you." Shhh! Get down! There is an Elyos camp near here. I don't wanna get caught. Player: "Got it." You're from an Archon Legion Garrison, aren't you? I am Spuira. I'm dispatched here to spy on Elyos garrisons and gather intelligence on them. It's nice to meet you. Player: "Sorry to hear that." After Empyrean Lord Triniel and his legion appeared, there was also significant changes to Asmodian forces in Apsaranta. Empyrean Lord Vaizel and the legion have appeared. Vaizel and Triniel don't always get along, but I think the Apsaranta situation may have some changes. Player: "Sorry to hear that." This is my intelligence report on Elyos legion garrisons. It's worth reading so you're briefed on the situation of Elyos legions, and it includes an analysis on Elyos and Asmodian forces. After you read it, return to Archon Legion Garrison and deliver it to Livatain. Mind! Livatain is often not in the garrison proper. Make sure you get there in time. Player: "Understood." Greetings, Daeva! We're recruiting a counterforce to handle the Flameruin Legion raid. Do you have a moment? Player: "Flameruin Legion Raid?" Yes, they are here with Operation Site 7 and Operation Site 8. We've also received word of an air strike operation in the vicinity. Operation Sites 7 and 8 are the primary chokepoints for advancing to the Temple of Apsu, so they must be defended. Surely the Balaur and Elyos alike are preparing for battle. Aren't you supposed to know all of this? Player: "Just take this Guardian Legion Garrison Intelligence Report." The Elyos may be obnoxious, but not all of them are fools. They must have noticed all these battlefield movements. If we fail here, we'll lose control of key locations--and worse, the Elyos will laugh at us! Player, if you have time, you must head to Operation Sites 7 and 8 and stop the Flameruin Legion Raid and give your all to securing these strategic points. Player: "Blood for blood!" Until the day the Asmodians gain victory in Apsaranta! I wish you luck. Player: "Thank you." You have faced a variety of challenges and explored new areas. Well done, Timewalker. Continue to fight for all Asmodians! Basic Reward - Empyrean Lord's Holy Water - Legion Activity Mark - Apsaranta Garrison Teleport Scroll | |

"One of the most problematic stages is to locate Livatain NPC, the condition to spawn this NPC is simple:
30 minutes BEFORE begins Flameruin Legion Raid event the npc is spawned, remember the countdown is variable due the activity of taking the altars by 10 mins each time is taken (no matter the faction). The NPC dissapears after the event finish, so the NPC is avaiable per 1 hour+/-"
Credit goes to ItzminMx.
Once the timer is down to 30min before the raid, the event gets triggered to begin. Flipping any sites during this period of time will not reduce from this pre-event count down.
